Our country music expert Dennis McCafferty is in chilly Nashville today for tonight's Country Music Television Awards. Our USA WEEKEND Breakthrough Video of the Year award will be given during the televised ceremony, which begins at 8 p.m. ET on CMT. Plus, there will be all kinds of big names starting with Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus, co-hosts of the evening.  Dennis reports that temperatures in the 40s, with possibilities of the 30s, led to a decision to tent the purple carpet (yes, purple, not red) on which the stars will promenade.  We wouldn't want the ladies to have to cover up those strappy dresses.
