Tuesday is Earth Day and I have to admit I have done little — OK, nothing, really — to be kind to the planet lately. Then I went shopping and as I was asked the question "paper or plastic?" Yes, but how can I remember to take them into the store with me? I am forever standing in the grocery line thinking about how I've once again left my tote bags in the car trunk.
