All those Emmy nominations, plus the increasing number of viewers for excellent shows on cable TV (like the 60s period piece Mad Men on AMC or the wrenching In Treatment on HBO) make it easy to attract name guest stars. (They DO give Emmys for guest turns.) So it's no surprise that TNT's two hotter than ever shows — Kyra Sedgwick's The Closer and Holly Hunter's Saving Grace  — announced recently that they've got some great guest players coming up. Christina Ricci, pictured at left, will join Saving Grace for three episodes, where she'll play a young detective who's temporarily partnered with Hunter's character. And Jennifer Coolidge, who you'll recognize from her hilarious turns in American Pie and Legally Blonde, will star in an episode of The Closer. She'll play a "none-too-bright" wife of a car dealership owner who gets tangled up in an undercover sting operation.
