Happy birthday to Harry Potter, I mean Daniel Radcliffe. He turns 19 today. Several other actors are celebrating birthdays, too: Philip Seymour Hoffman turns 41, Omar Epps turns 35 and Woody Harrelson turns 47. Now onto the ladies. Alison Krauss is 37, Charisma Carpenter is 38 and Stephanie Seymour (at right) is 40.
