A 'Closer' marathon for Labor Day

I'm dreading the end of summer. But maybe I'll close it out with TNT's planned marathon of Kyra Sedgwick's The Closer (at left) on Labor Day itself, Monday, Sept. 1. If you're a fan of the show, plan now for 12 hours — from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. — of Closer episodes all leading up to TNT's premiere of its new fall drama by Steven Bochco, Raising the Bar. We talked to Bar stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar and J. August Richards for coming issues and we are intriqued.
