Happy birthday to R&B star Usher (at left), who became a new dad this year and turns 30 today. American style icon Ralph Lauren turns 69 while iconic actor Roger Moore (James Bond himself!) turns 81. We've got an interview with Moore coming up in a few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
